Implant Back Tooth

Case 1

Doctor's note:

23 yr old female. Teeth were extracted when patient was 15 yrs old. Upper teeth were supra erupted and lower jaw bone level was adjusted to make room for implant crowns.

Case 2

Doctor's note:

52 yr old female. Previously treated root canal crown broke and root also fractured. Immediate implant surgery on the day of extraction. Trephine used to harvest autogenous graft from the socket.

Bone graft used:
autogenous graft

Case 3

Doctor's note:

35 yr old male. Tooth extracted 1 yr ago. Minimally invasive surgery done without incision.

Case 4

Doctor's note:

67 yr old female. Pat had been wearing partial denture for more than 10 yrs resulting in severe bone loss with narrow ridge of the jaw bone. Ridge augmentation done first, followed by implant surgery after bone regeneration was complete.
